RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

Web orders are eligible store credit if returned to our Online Returns Department within 14 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned Merchandise must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of any alterations or damages.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any J.D. LUXE hangtags, attached.
  • All lingerie is FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds unless you have used our Afterpay service. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached
  •  For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments cannot be returned.
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • All clearance and FINAL SALE items are not redeemable for exchange or store credit. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: info@jdluxefashion.com

How should I send my return back?

Securely pack your item with receipt. Print or purchase a shipping label to the return address listed below and once item is received we will process your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Processing Time
